Living Room Concept
Warm Scandinavian simplicity shaped by Mediterranean light.
Design Intention
A calm interior shaped around light, landscape and everyday living.
The room is designed to feel composed rather than decorated.
The Costa Blanca interior design concept combines warm Scandinavian restraint with the relaxed character of Mediterranean living. Natural oak, warm mineral surfaces, softly textured upholstery and muted olive accents create a timeless interior without competing with the architecture. Large areas of glazing keep the pool terrace and surrounding olive grove visually present, making the landscape part of the room itself.
Interior Details
Atmosphere is created in the details.
Rather than relying on decorative excess, the living room uses layered lighting, natural materials and carefully framed views to create warmth. Each element reinforces the same quiet, Scandinavian–Mediterranean design language.
Furniture Direction
Selected for the space, not the showroom.
KAVE Home provides the principal furniture reference for the concept. Pieces are intentionally mixed across complementary collections to create a composed interior rather than the appearance of a single furniture range.
Low-profile sofa
Soft neutral upholstery, generous comfort and a low silhouette that preserves the openness of the room.
Natural oak console
A visually restrained TV unit that keeps technology secondary to the architecture and landscape.
Lounge chairs
Light timber frames and soft upholstery keep sightlines open toward the terrace and pool.
Organic coffee table
Rounded natural oak introduces warmth and softens the geometry at the centre of the seating group.
Ambient floor lighting
A decorative light layer complements architectural lighting and creates a warmer evening atmosphere.
Furniture references illustrate the intended design direction and may evolve as the project progresses.
From Space to Interior
Developing the Living Room
The architecture establishes the space. Interior design gives it character, comfort and a sense of belonging.
The design does not attempt to fill every available area. Instead, furniture, lighting and materials are composed around the architecture itself — preserving circulation, maintaining open sightlines and keeping the terrace, pool and landscape visually dominant.

Kitchen & Dining Concept
A warm, functional heart of the home shaped around cooking, dining and everyday life.
Design Intention
Designed as a place to cook, gather and stay a little longer.
The kitchen and dining area are conceived as one continuous living environment.
Rather than treating the kitchen as a purely functional zone, the Costa Blanca interior design concept gives it the same warmth and material character as the adjoining living spaces. Soft off-white cabinetry is balanced by natural oak, warm stone surfaces and restrained dark details. The dining table becomes the social centre of the room, while the quieter breakfast nook creates a more intimate place for morning coffee, reading or informal meals. Layered lighting allows the atmosphere to move naturally from bright Mediterranean daylight into a softer and more intimate evening setting.
Interior Details
Materials, light and smaller moments shape the experience.
The character of the space comes from the relationship between tactile materials, carefully controlled lighting and different ways of using the room throughout the day. From the kitchen finishes to the breakfast corner and evening dining atmosphere, each detail belongs to the same calm Scandinavian–Mediterranean design language.
Furniture Direction
Practical pieces with warmth and character.
KAVE Home provides the principal furniture reference for the dining and informal seating areas. Pieces are selected across complementary collections and combined with integrated kitchen elements to create a coherent interior rather than the appearance of a single furniture range.

From Space to Interior
Developing the Kitchen & Dining Space
Architecture defines the room. Interior design turns it into the social heart of the home.
The design brings together cooking, dining and informal everyday use without changing the architectural logic of the space. Cabinetry, furniture and lighting are composed around the existing openings and circulation, while natural materials give the functional areas the warmth and character of a living environment.
